A British Brand Bubbleology founded in 2011 opens in Boca Raton. It is a combination tea bar and gelato bar. It has many kinds of healthy organic milk and fruit tea drinks. I have tried the gelato which is served on a waffle cone that is deliciously crunchy and soft on the inside.
